Comment: Reliable, commited and delivered a good product. Adrian was creative and suggested options for us to consider prior to quoting and as the job progressed. He completed the work on time and to a good standard. Adrian also worked hard and went out of his way to resolve a subsequent problem with the quality of some branded materials he had used. Would be happy to use or recommend Basebuilder in the future.

Message: Repair to Damaged Brick wall received 12 October 2010 via email

After site inspection by Adrian of work required, a detailed quote followed very quickly.

With the acceptance of quote, Adrian made an early appointment and completed the work with matching bricks within a week. Use of website very useful in being able to send to Adrian a picture of work required so that he could see immediately the scope of the work and be able to respond accordingly.

I would be quite happy to recommend Adrian for other work.
